Terms and Conditions for ReddRadar

Welcome to ReddRadar ("ReddRadar," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, reddradar.com (the "Site"), and the services, features, content, or applications offered by ReddRadar (collectively with the Site, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

ReddRadar is a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool designed to help businesses and marketers monitor Reddit for relevant conversations, identify potential leads, and engage with them effectively. Our features include intelligent subreddit discovery, real-time lead alerts, AI-powered reply generation, and a lead management dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free Trial

ReddRadar may offer a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial"). We offer a 7-day free trial that gives you access to key features. The purpose of the Free Trial is to allow you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. At the end of the Free Trial period, if you have not canceled your subscription, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee for the plan you selected.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or ReddRadar cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting ReddRadar customer support.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide ReddRadar with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize ReddRadar to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

ReddRadar, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. ReddRadar will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, as detailed in our Refund Policy below.

7. Refund Policy

Free Trial: Our 7-day free trial is designed to allow you to fully evaluate ReddRadar before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to use this period to determine if the Service meets your needs.

Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is made for a subscription period (e.g., monthly), that payment is final and non-refundable.

Effect of Cancellation: As stated in Section 6 (Cancellation), if you cancel your subscription, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods, unused time within a subscription period, or if you cancel your subscription before its expiration date.

No Refunds for Downgrades: If you choose to downgrade your subscription plan, the new rate will apply from the next billing cycle. No refunds or pro-rata billing adjustments will be made for downgrades made during an active billing cycle.

Exceptions: ReddRadar is not obligated to provide refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to, your dissatisfaction with the Service or if you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of ReddRadar. In rare circumstances, such as prolonged and verified service outages directly attributable to ReddRadar (not due to third-party services like Reddit outages or issues with your internet connection), we may consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis. To request consideration for an exception, please contact support@reddradar.com with a detailed explanation.

8. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material which does not comply with these Terms.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ReddRadar, a ReddRadar employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm ReddRadar or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Reddit platform using insights or suggestions from ReddRadar.

ReddRadar is designed to help you discover public conversations and engage authentically. You must follow Reddit's content policies and community guidelines. Our AI comment suggestions are meant to assist, not to spam or automate in a way that violates Reddit's rules. You are ultimately responsible for the content you post on Reddit.

ReddRadar is not affiliated with Reddit Inc.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ReddRadar and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ReddRadar.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

ReddRadar, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements or guarantee lead generation.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReddRadar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ReddRadar and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on Reddit via or with the assistance of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
